Qualifications HVAC knowledge is not required. We will train product knowledge. Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in outside sales, one-call-close, in a residential in-home environment. We prefer professionals in the Skilled Trades business model; Pest Care, Lawn Care, Roofing, Air Conditioning, Siding, Windows, Solar, Counter Tops, Kitchen & Baths, Security, etc. Requirements: • Outside sales professionals with experience in one-call-close • Exceptional customer service skills • Individuals with motivation and a drive to sell • A mind that is open to new ideas, methods, and perspectives • Ability to withstand heat conditions, climb ladders and/or go into attics (if applicable) Join our winning team and apply today! We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. This individual must have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers.
  • Develop and present sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide customer service and technical support to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the marketplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
