Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency across all departments.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications

- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team development and conflict resolution.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
