We are seeking dedicated, dependable dishwashers to play an integral part in our operation and be a part of the critical foundation for our hospitality culture.

Job Description:

• Keep it neat and tidy. Keep equipment, work areas, and your general appearance clean and sanitary. Your work should impress the neatest of neat freaks, whether you are washing or storing dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment; sweeping or scrubbing floors; or sorting and removing trash.
• Keep it safe and organized. Multitask and manage time effectively during the entire shift. Uphold all standards of cleanliness and sanitation, as established by our company policies and the NC Health Department regulations.
• Follow instructions to a T. Based on your supervisors’ instructions, you may be asked to assist with various food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and/or cutting fruits, vegetables, meats, and/or desserts.

Job Skills and Requirements:

• You are 16 or older.
• You have some kitchen experience (not required).
• You work well as part of a team and leave ego at the door.
• You’re dependable, honest, professional, and detail-oriented.
• You have excellent listening, time management, and prioritization skills.
• You’re familiar with the following tools: commercial dishwashers, multi-compartment sinks, cleaning chemicals, dish brushes, dish drainers, drying racks, trash compactors, hand trucks, cutlery, etc.
• You have the ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift and carry at least 25 pounds, walk, talk, hear, reach, handle, stoop, crouch, and/or kneel.
• You’re passionate about the hospitality industry and hungry to learn.

Compensation:

• These are full-time or part-time, hourly, and overtime-eligible positions offering competitive pay and benefits.
