• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share and enhance customer relationships.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of HVAC installations and service contracts.
• Supervise team members across various functions, including technicians, sales staff, and administrative personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize Excel data analysis for operational insights, sales trends, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Implement lean management principles to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning initiatives and operational improvements.
• Drive customer service excellence by ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and technical expertise.
