Summary of Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with major or key accounts within assigned area.
- Manages territory in accordance with company sales objectives and quotas
- Presents marketing programs to customers and guides them through the ordering process
- Sets and meets sales targets
- Identifies opportunities to meet needs for current and prospective customers and offers them solutions
- Analyze data and assess sales performance to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Consistently monitors competition within territory
- Ensures customer expectations are met through proactive follow-up and prompt resolution of customer concerns
Desired Skills & Experience:
- High School Diploma or Completed GED
- 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
- Computer literacy with ability to learn new computer software programs.
- Great communication skills in both written and spoken form
- Able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
- Excellent attention to customer service
- Results-oriented and able to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with people and business relationship development
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new computer software programs
- Willing and able to drive to offsite locations using personal vehicle
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to frequently stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and or move 25-50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment drug and physical screen..
