Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating machinery and a keen eye for detail. This role is essential in ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall quality of our products. The Operator will be responsible for various tasks related to press operations, fabrication, and quality control.
Duties
- Operate and maintain press machinery to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Fabricate components as per specifications while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct prepress tasks including layout design and preparation for print advertising.
- Utilize graphic design skills, particularly with Adobe Creative Suite, to assist in the design process.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Operate forklifts as needed for material handling within the production area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with machining processes and equipment operation is advantageous.
- Knowledge of print advertising and layout design principles is a plus.
- Experience with quality control practices to maintain high standards of production.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite for design-related tasks is desirable.
