As a Level 2 Project Coordinator, your responsibilities on a daily basis will include, but are not limited to:
- Participating in conceptual design and provides full support throughout the entire project.
- Coordinating with project team leaders for appropriate technical solutions and product strategies.
- Adept at BIM and other software used in the production of construction documentation.
- Working directly with the project architect/senior project coordinator and project team.
The ideal candidate checks off the following requirements:
- A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in architecture or equivalent is required.
- Must have three or more years of experience or equivalent in all technical phases of architecture.
- Additional industry certifications preferred (i.e., LEED, DBIA, CDT, etc.).
- Exhibits basic understanding of California building, local city, and zoning codes.
- Must have a “can-do” attitude, be a team player, and exhibit excellent communication skills with clients and staff.
- Must be a fast learner, highly motivated and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Must exhibit strong Revit modeling skills.

Salary range dependent on experience and skills - $70,000 to $90,000.
