The Opportunity
You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor to senior marketing and digital leaders, guiding them through complex evaluations and implementations of an AI-powered marketing platform. This role blends solution design, storytelling, demos, and strategic consultation—ideal for someone who enjoys being both customer-facing and deeply technical.
You’ll be joining a company operating at the forefront of AI-driven brand engagement, personalization, and safety, backed by top-tier AI and data investors and built by veterans of major ad-tech platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own technical relationships with enterprise customers and agencies, advising on how to apply AI to improve marketing performance
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to design tailored, high-impact solutions
- Lead compelling product demos, workshops, and proofs of concept aligned to customer goals
- Act as a strategic consultant to marketing leaders navigating the shift to AI-driven marketing
- Build account playbooks to support onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive and technical stakeholders
- Feed real-world customer insights back into Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions
- Identify new use cases that drive long-term platform adoption and growth
What The Client is Looking For
- 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Enterprise-focused technical role in SaaS, martech, adtech, or AI platforms
- Proven success supporting Fortune 500 or global enterprise accounts
- Strong technical depth with the ability to clearly articulate value to non-technical audiences
- Experience partnering with marketing, digital, analytics, or growth teams
- Comfort working in ambiguity and building process in fast-moving environments
- Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and visual
- A consultative, customer-first mindset with a bias toward outcomes
- Willingness to travel and engage face-to-face with customers
Comp: $180–200K Base Variable (80/20 split)
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
