Our client is looking to hire a Senior Product Designer - ideal for someone who loves shaping creation tools, building scalable systems, and delivering truly polished product interfaces.

What the job entails
- Lead end-to-end design for creation tools and page-building experiences
- Define the vision, execution, and quality standards for key product surfaces
- Drive discovery, concepting, prototyping, user flows, and polished UI
- Elevate visual craft through refined typography, spacing, and component clarity
- Build and evolve scalable design systems, reusable patterns, and modular components
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure technical alignment and feasibility
- Document patterns, states, and specifications for consistency
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces for marketers, creators, and enterprise users
- Collaborate deeply with product, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions and identify friction
What the client is looking for
- 7 years of product or visual/UI design experience with shipped production features
- Exceptional visual craft and attention to detail
- Expert-level Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping)
- Strong systems thinking and experience with scalable component architectures
- Proven ability to design polished, modern consumer-facing interfaces
- Experience with builder-style tools, CMS platforms, campaign builders, or marketer-facing creation products
- Clear, confident communication and ability to articulate design decisions
- Comfort working autonomously in fast-paced, iterative environments
- (Bonus) Background in visual creation tools, editors, or structured content models
- (Bonus) Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows
- (Bonus) Experience owning or contributing to large-scale design systems
- (Bonus) Knowledge of experimentation and data-informed decision-making
Salary : $185,000 - $205,000
