About the Role
Our client is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead brand, demand, and growth strategy across a rapidly evolving AdTech ecosystem. The CMO will be a strong storyteller, bridging creativity with analytics to accelerate revenue and market impact.
This role requires a hands-on, data-driven marketing leader with experience scaling teams and brands in the AdTech space. The CMO will partner closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to drive acquisition, retention, and market share expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Strategy: Lead the overall marketing roadmap — driving awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Brand Leadership: Evolve the company’s brand identity and storytelling across all channels, ensuring consistency and differentiation in a competitive AdTech landscape.
- Demand Generation: Design scalable, measurable programs that convert prospects into customers, and customers into advocates.
- Data-Driven Growth: Leverage marketing analytics, audience insights, and attribution data to optimize spend and campaign performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and data science to align marketing with go-to-market goals, new launches, and client success initiatives.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Oversee content strategy, events, and media engagement to position the company as an industry leader.
- Team & Budget Leadership: Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing marketing organization. Oversee budgets and ensure ROI across programs and channels.
Who You Are
- 15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 7 years in a senior or C-level role within a high-growth technology AdTech company.
- Proven track record leading product marketing, sales enablement, integrated marketing, including brand, digital, content, and demand generation.
- Expertise in performance and data-driven marketing, with a deep understanding of attribution, analytics, and ROI measurement.
- Experience building and scaling marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across executive, product, and sales teams.
- Strategic and creative mindset with hands-on execution ability.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and measurable storytelling.
Preference for:
- Experience driving both enterprise and mid-market marketing programs.
- Willingness to travel for events, conferences, and leadership meetings (up to 20%).
Salary : $250,000 - $350,000
