We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Food and Beverage Manager to lead and elevate the culinary and beverage experience at the AC Hotel. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our F&B operations, ensuring that they align with the AC Hotel brand standards for quality, design, and guest satisfaction
.Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall F&B business strategy, including menu innovation, revenue growth, and market positioning
- Operational Oversight: Direct the daily operations of all F&B outlets, including the AC Kitchen, Cafe, and Lounge, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
- Financial Acumen: Develop, manage, and analyze departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to achieve profitability targets
- Menu and Concept Development: Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to create and refine menus that reflect the AC Hotels modern brand
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a diverse team of F&B professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.
- Quality Control: Uphold and enforce all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
- Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guest feedback and implement creative solutions to continuously enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership experience in a multi-outlet food and beverage operation within a high-volume hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability while maintaining high service standards.
- Knowledge of current food trends, mixology, and wine programs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
