The beautiful, new AC Hotel, Downtown Greenville, is searching for an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead and inspire our kitchen staff in one of our busy restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
- Maintain compliance with local health department code along with company standard and policy.
- Lead, motivate and train kitchen staff, to optimize staff productivity and foster team building.
- Report to Executive Chef

Qualifications:
