In-Room Dining/Pool/Lobby Server earn tips, in addition to $11 per hour. The average range for this position is $14-18 per hour. The server shift is typically from 2pm - 10pm, sometimes 11am-7pm.
Job Summary
This position welcomes guests with a friendly greeting and answers any questions they may have. This position is responsible for serving guests in the pool area, breakfast seating area, front lounge patio, and in-room dining. Servers offer beverage service, place food orders from the menu, delivering food and beverage orders, and building a rapport through thoughtful conversation. Knowledge of our local area is necessary to provide thoughtful recommendations to our guests. We would prefer you have an inquisitive nature and ask questions about the guests’ stay and interests. This position sets up and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the pool area and other public areas, including making sure there are ample towels available, bussing areas as guests leave, refilling drinks and other items, and ringing up and delivering checks, and wishing our guests a fond farewell.
