AM Food and Beverage Supervisor Job Summary
Our AM Food and Beverage Supervisor is the visible front-of-house leader for the two F&B Outlets, the AC Kitchen (breakfast) and the AC Lounge (lunch, dinner, and bar service). The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the AC Kitchen and AC Lounge, including service and offerings, meet our brand standards. The Supervisor will oversee the opening of the AC Kitchen and AC Lounge, daily operations, and training new associates. At times, the F&B Supervisor will be responsible for servicing our guests including food and drinks, so bartending experience is required.
The AM F&B Supervisor must have open daytime availability. The typical schedule for this position will be 6:00am-2:00pm.
***The AM F&B Supervisor is eligible to receive gratuity earned directly. The Supervisor does not participate in the tip pool.

- By applying for this position you acknowledge that you have open availability to work both morning shifts (as early as 6am) and evening shifts (as late as midnight). This position oversees all FOH food outlet operations and typically works a blended schedule, to provide coverage during key mornings for breakfast and at least 2 evening shifts to support dinner, in-room dining, and bar service. This position works almost every weekend.
