What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide smooth, efficient check-in/check-out experiences.
- Handle reservations, guest requests, and special accommodations with care and accuracy.
- Manage cash handling and credit card transactions with integrity.
- Support the Night Audit team by preparing daily reports and ensuring smooth shift transitions.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to exceed guest expectations.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy lobby environment.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required—we’ll provide training.
