- Support prospective and active members by handling calls, inquiries, and referral intake with professionalism and care.
- Verify eligibility and process Medicare, Medicaid, and PACE enrollments accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update enrollment data across tracking systems, EMRs, and state/federal platforms.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, referral partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Uphold regulatory compliance while contributing to workflow improvements and operational efficiency.
Education:
- H.S Diploma
