AC Corporation, a Crete United Company, is actively hiring an experienced HVAC Controls Technician to join our growing Building Automation and Controls team. Based in Greensboro, NC, this is a field-focused role supporting commercial and industrial HVAC control systems, instrumentation, and VFD start-up. Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC instrumentation, end devices, and control panels

• Loop check and assist with commissioning and system startup alongside controls programmers

• Install and terminate control wiring and instrumentation according to wiring diagrams and layout drawings

• Set up and configure Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)

• Interpret electrical schematics and assist in routing conduit and cabling

• Travel to job sites throughout North Carolina and surrounding regions (1–2 week assignments as needed)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with Tridium Niagara programming (strongly preferred)

• 3 years of experience in the HVAC service field

• Familiarity with Carrier, Tridium, CCN and other BAS/BMS platforms a plus

• Hands-on electrical installation and troubleshooting experience

• Strong understanding of building automation systems, HVAC controls, and system integration

• Comfortable working in commercial and industrial environments with minimal supervision

• Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects as needed
