As the Food & Beverage Director, you will oversee all hotel F&B operations, driving financial performance and exceptional guest experiences; additionally, you will
lead and develop high-performing teams while partnering with culinary and service teams to deliver innovative concepts and service excellence aligned with Concord’s values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute short- and long-term financial and operational strategies aligned with hotel and Concord goals.
- Oversee all F&B outlets and banquet operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality standards, and seamless event execution.
- Lead, recruit, train, and develop F&B team members while maintaining brand standards, SOPs, and performance expectations.
- Analyze financial and operational data to drive strategic decisions, maximize revenue, and implement innovative programs and marketing initiatives.
- Build guest, client, and community relationships while enhancing guest satisfaction, public relations, and the hotel’s competitive position.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry, with experience overseeing restaurant and banquet operations preferred.
- Strong financial and operational knowledge, including food and labor costs, revenue strategies, organization, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, team-oriented leadership style focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
