Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC diagnostics, service, and system installations
- Complete plumbing service and installation work (water heaters, fixtures, repairs)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently in the field
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional service
- Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
- Work across multiple scopes as needed, including support for septic and civil projects
- Operate independently while staying aligned with team goals
Qualifications
- Experience in both HVAC and Plumbing (service and install preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs start to finish
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable
