We interact directly with customers, keep communication straightforward, and represent the brand in a professional way while staying involved in the community.
We are currently hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will work in a retail setting, speaking with customers face-to-face and helping them understand Frontier’s internet and communication services that are available to them.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Connect with customers face-to-face in a retail environment about available services
- Clearly walk through Frontier’s offerings so customers know what fits their needs
- Guide customers through different options, pricing, and current deals
- Support customers through the sign-up process and getting started
- Enter and update customer details accurately in the system
- Work toward hitting sales goals set for Entry Level Sales Representatives
- Present yourself in a professional manner while representing the company and Frontier
- Continue learning through training with opportunities to move into leadership
Qualifications of an Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Previous experience as an Entry Level Sales Representative, in customer service or retail, is preferred but not required
- Positive, professional, and friendly attitude
- Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and coaching
- Reliable and has a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques
- No prior sales experience required. Training is provided!
