District Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of multiple district locations, ensuring profitability and meeting financial targets
- Supervise and provide guidance to store managers within the district
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the district
- Manage projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
