DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
- Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Analyze information and data by developing spreadsheet reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of monthly, quarterly and annual DOT and other finance and operation reports required for regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Working knowledge of basic GAAP and financial statements
- Moderate to strong Excel skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and with a positive attitude
- One to three years of experience in accounting or finance preferred
- Experience with Oracle Fusion software
- CPA or MBA
- Airline industry experience
