Essential Functions
- Perform routine purchasing support activities.
- Maintain acceptable inventory amounts based on customer orders.
- Communicating with vendors to ensure production and availability of products.
- Monitoring open purchase orders for fulfillment.
- Following up with vendors to confirm delivery timeframe and transit schedules.
- Work seamlessly with fellow team and support staff to accomplish goals.
- Various other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience involving supply chain a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and deal with uncertainty
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Courteous and friendly with a high level of professionalism.
- Willingness to follow procedures and adhere to policies.
- Ability to Multi-task and have solid organizational skills.
- Able to actively listen to customer needs and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Base Salary: $45,000 - $52,000 per year; based on experience
