What we expect from you
- 2 Years Home Health Experience
- Reliability and accountability
- Valid CNA License
- CPR Certification
- Copy of Negative TB Test
- Background Check
- COVID-19 Vaccination Required
Position Details
Perform various patient care activities including but not limited to:
Responsible for dispensing oral and topical medications to residents per physician's order and properly document. Observe residents for symptoms and conditions that could be related to medication interactions, adverse drug reactions or medication side effects and report any problems to the nurse.
