Production and Technology Manager

Abundant Life Church (ALC) is seeking an experienced, innovative, and spiritually grounded Production & Technology Manager to lead our live production, broadcast, streaming, and ministry technology operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled technical professional who combines advanced production expertise, strong leadership, creative vision, and a heart for ministry.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic worship environment, anticipates technical needs, and understands how technology can enhance the worship experience and help us reach people both in person and online.

• Lead live production, multi-camera broadcasting, video switching, LED-wall systems, lighting, audio, and livestreaming for worship services and special events.
• Oversee production planning, technical execution, system reliability, and troubleshooting across multiple ministry environments.
• Provide technical oversight for classroom technology, online ministry platforms, and church-wide audiovisual systems.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison to our external IT provider, coordinating network connectivity, infrastructure needs, and technology integration.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and lead production volunteers and technical teams.
• Collaborate with pastoral leadership, Worship, Communications, and ministry departments to deliver excellent, engaging, and distraction-free experiences.

• 5 years of experience in live production, broadcast, audiovisual technology, or a comparable technical environment, including leadership experience.
• Advanced expertise in multi-camera production, video routing, LED-wall technology, streaming systems, and live-event execution.
• Strong working knowledge of audio, lighting, AV networking, IT infrastructure, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with ProPresenter, Planning Center, and related production technologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and team-development skills.
• A growing relationship with Jesus Christ, spiritual maturity, and a genuine commitment to serving the local church.
