Abundant Grace Recovery Services is looking for a compassionate, motivated, and dependable Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) to join our growing team. What You’ll Do
- Facilitate engaging treatment groups for ASAM Levels 1.0–2.5
- Complete Master Treatment Plans
- Conduct weekly treatment plan reviews
- Complete chemical dependency evaluations and court-ordered evaluations
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in weekly clinical team meetings
- Collaborate with counselors, case management, peer support, and care coordination
- Provide compassionate, client-centered addiction treatment
What We’re Looking For
- Current North Dakota LAC licensure
- Strong group facilitation and communication skills
- Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and clinical documentation
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Most importantly—a genuine desire to help people find hope and lasting recovery
