Duties
- Manage residential leases and tenant relations
- Advertise properties for lease
- Conduct property inspections
- Coordinate and follow up with maintenance vendors
- Ensure maintenance work is completed properly and timely
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous property management experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Clean background record required
- Ability to manage multiple properties
- Work hours Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm Saturdays 10am - 2pm
