We are an Association of American Railroads–certified shop, with core expertise in rubber lining, lining inspections, and railcar lining repair.

We are currently seeking a Rubber Liner to join our team in Hearne, Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Perform surface preparation
- Apply rubber linings using various techniques
- Inspect materials and completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Measure, cut, and fit rubber materials accurately to equipment surfaces
- Safely operate tools and equipment including forklifts and material handling devices
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment
- Travel to customer sites to perform on-site rubber lining installations and repairs
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of rubber lining experience (required)
- Valid Texas driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a production environment
- Willingness to travel and perform work at customer locations (per-diem allowance and field rates included)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
- Hired applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
