Your Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Weekends, Overtime and Evenings on occasion, based on customer needs) On-call/afterhours rotation is part of this role (additional spiffs/bonuses are available for afterhours work)
Needed Skills and Qualifications for Success in this Role:
- 2 Years of HVAC Service/Maintenance Experience
- Valid Driver's License and an Insurable Driving Record
- EPA and RMGA Certified
- N.A.T.E Core and Specialty Certifications
- Experience with More Complex Sheet Metal Fittings
- Willingness to invest in Tools and Service Training
- Ability to Work from Extension and Step Ladders
- Professional Appearance and Positive Attitude at All Times
- Strong Communication Skills with Homeowners, Supervisors, and Other Trades
- Leadership Potential, and Responsibility in Your Role
- Ability to Operate Scissor Lifts and Genie Lifts Safely
- Experience with Service Titan Software is Preferred, but not Required
- Ability to Follow Directions (Written and Verbal) to Meet Project Specifications
- Ability Provide Top-Tier Customer Service, Ensuring our Clients are Happy and Comfortable
- Ability Represent ABT Mechanical with Integrity, Honesty, and Care in All Customer Interactions
