Entry Level HVAC installer
ABT Mechanical is a local family-owned and operated HVAC company servicing all of Utah for over 30 years. We provide a wide array of HVAC services for homes and business structures alike. Including installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance services. We are looking for an Installer to join our team in Orem, UT!

Work Hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion).
Pay: Up to $35.00/hr Depending on experience
Position Summary: To install/replace heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with high-quality installation and experience. Supervise the work of other installers, ensuring high quality and timely job performance.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sheet metal and ductwork experience
- Basic understanding of more complex sheet metal fittings and the ability to fabricate
- Ability to measure duct work and install all equipment accessories
- Valid EPA and RMGA are a plus
- Ability to follow blueprints and understand technical instructions.
- Solid communication/verbal skills, ability to work independently, and self-motivated
- Follow directions as given, written and verbal
- Must be able to communicate well with supervisors, homeowners, builders, and other trades
- Possess a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
