Job Summary
Interviewers conduct scripted market research interviews by telephone or in person, for the purpose of gathering information and opinions on a variety of important topics. Documents quality issues and performance measures for management review. Abt Associates seeks a qualified Quality Assurance Monitor to support the Data Science, Surveys and Enabling Technologies Division. As a par-time employee, you will be expected to maintain a schedule of a minimum 32 hours per week and be available for evening/weekends. Option for remote work
• Provides assistance and training to lower-level employees. • Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor market research interviewers for quality and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Evaluates and coach lower-level employees
- Conduct scripted, computer-based survey interviews with high degree of accuracy and integrity
- Maintain confidentiality of all collected data
- Exercise courtesy and professionalism to all respondents.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma Four years of relevant experience, or Associates Degree Two years of relevant experience
