Position Overview:

In this role, you’ll support our people throughout their employee journey, from hiring and onboarding to benefits support and team celebrations.
You’ll be a trusted resource for employees, a partner to hiring managers, and a key contributor to creating a workplace where people feel supported, connected, and set up for success. This is a hybrid position located in Irvine, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding/Offboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, post job openings, screen candidates, and support the hiring process.
- Coordinate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Keep our 4 locations connected by coordinating team events, monthly office lunches, and recognition
- Support initiatives that foster employee engagement and a positive work environment.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR inquiries, respond to questions, and escalate as needed.
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in the HRIS.
- Support compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws, including filing reports and processing workers’ compensation claims.
Benefits & Payroll Support
- Assist with benefits administration, answer employee questions, and help with payroll processing as needed.
Other Responsibilities
- Take on additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- 1 year processing payroll (preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, including knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with HR software and systems is a plus (Gusto, Lattice, Help Desk)
- Passion for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Salary Range: 70-75k DOE
