Service Leader with 10 years of industry experience to take charge of our service
operations. In this leadership role, you will provide expert-level troubleshooting, diagnostics,
and maintenance, while also coaching younger technicians. This role involves working with
a wide range of HVAC systems, including VRF systems, split systems, package units, and
advanced technologies such as hot gas reheat, desiccant wheels for dehumidification, and
hydronic systems. You will also ensure successful system start-ups and long-term system
performance across a variety of equipment including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and
mini-splits.

- 10 years of experience working with commercial/industrial HVAC systems,
hydronic systems, hot gas reheat, and desiccant wheels for dehumidification.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to guide and develop
- Extensive knowledge of start-up, commissioning, and service for complex HVAC
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across a wide range of equipment.
- Strong communication skills, especially in client-facing situations.
- Relevant HVAC certifications (EPA, OSHA, etc.) are highly desirable.
