Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site construction activities, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Maintain project schedules and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines
- Ensure work is performed according to specifications, building codes, and safety standards
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to address project needs and resolve issues
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs, enforce quality control, and maintain job site cleanliness
- Track materials, deliveries, and equipment needs to avoid delays
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, site conditions, and labor
- Represent Chris Woods Construction in a professional manner when interacting with clients and inspectors

- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar leadership role in commercial construction
- Proven track record managing commercial or industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, construction documents, and scheduling software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
