- Accounts Payable
- Verify Invoicing and enter A/P into QuickBooks with proper coding
- Help with Job Costing and Operations Tracking
- Office and Operational Support
- Handle Phones, entering customer information into CRM
- At times, help assist with field to office coordination
- Help assist with Office Administrations
- Record and code company credit card transactions
- Assist with entering and verifying employee timesheets in the payroll system
- Assist with intercompany data entry and tracking among Ace Paving and AP Milling
- Update project financial models with invoice dates, revenue amounts, cost data, and other financial inputs
- Reconcile receipts for credit card statements
- Recording weekly payroll Journal Entry
- Work with the accounting team to streamline workflows and support better financial operations
- Highly Organized
- Comfortable with receiving phone calls, is friendly
- Understands construction workflow
- Good Communicator
