The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience working with boilers, chillers, and cooling towers in commercial HVAC systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair boilers, chillers, and cooling towers, and RTUs.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on complex HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of work performed.
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed and ensure prompt resolutions.
- Recommend system upgrades or energy-efficient solutions to improve performance and cost savings.
- 8 years as a commercial HVAC technician with expertise in boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, components, and control systems.
- EPA Universal Certification required; additional HVAC certifications preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
