Role Snapshot
- Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Extras: Overtime available, On-call rotation
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Conduct inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance
- Handle warranty work, adjustments, and follow-ups
- Adhere to safety protocols while delivering a great customer experience
- Document service activities accurately and complete work efficiently
- 2 years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- State HVAC license (or the ability to obtain within the probation period)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities
- Comfort with chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, burners, RTUs, VRF, and VAV
- OSHA 10 or higher
- OEM/manufacturer-specific training or certifications
