Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute dishes according to our recipes and plating standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and kitchen at all times
- Set up and break down stations efficiently before and after service
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of ingredients and food products
- Support other kitchen staff and work closely with the chef team during service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with health regulations
- Contribute to prep work and inventory management as needed
- Minimum 2 year of line cook or kitchen experience (high-end or busy restaurant preferred)
- Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency during peak service
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude
- Must have a valid Food Handler’s Certificate or be willing to obtain one upon hire
- Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) tip share
