- Dispatching experience or related experience in the trucking industry preferred
- Attention to detail while possessing a flexible and problem-solving mind-set to handle moment to moment changes
- Must be self-motivated and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Must be computer savvy with good typing skills
- Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year experience within the brokerage industry, working in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment with accountability built into their mindset.
