The schedule you can count on

Core hours are Monday–Friday during the day, with occasional weekend support based on production needs.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on blow molding machines, conveyor systems, palletizers, industrial robots, and high-speed filling/packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair both electrical and mechanical issues across industrial automation systems.
• Quickly diagnose faults on VFD-driven equipment and PLC-controlled processes.
• Support production operations as needed: operate equipment, cover breaks and lunches, and lead/assist with line changeovers.
• Repair and maintain fillers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and water purification/filtration systems.
• Increase changeover speed and accuracy; refine and execute preventative maintenance plans.
• Install and troubleshoot new and existing production equipment.
• Adhere to all policies and work rules, including housekeeping, GMP, PPE usage, SAP PM processes, and quality systems.
• Participate in developing and implementing line improvements.
• Handle other duties as required.
  
  

Must-have strengths

• Experience with blow molding equipment, conveyors, industrial robots, palletizers, and VFDs.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in mechanical diagnostics and repair.
• Comfort working with industrial automation equipment.
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
