Role Description
We are seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our team in an on-site position in Fayetteville, NC. The Registered Nurse will provide professional nursing assessments of clients (in their homes), assess patient needs, create care plans, monitor patient progress, assist in supervising direct care workers and clerical duties. Responsibilities also include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating clients and their families about health management, and ensuring compliance with program/healthcare standards, regulations and Agency Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, care planning, and medication administration
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient education abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and guidelines related to home care and nursing practice
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
- Experience working in home care, home health or caregiving settings is a plus
- Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to quality patient care
