Overview
Absolute is building a small-scale photovoltaic (PV) solar array in upstate New York. We are seeking motivated Electrical Construction Laborers to join our team and support the project with hands-on craft labor. Experience is preferred but not required. We offer on-the-job training for those driven individuals who want to learn the construction trades!

Key Responsibilities
- Installation of electrical cables (MV, DC, Fiber, grounding) in trenches, conduit, and equipment
- Termination of cables in equipment
- Electrical testing and commissioning
- Installation of conduit systems
- Installation of electrical equipment and apparatuses
- Carry out various construction tasks in support of PV solar array construction
✅ Qualifications
- Prior construction, solar, or electrical experience is a plus
- Inexperienced but driven candidates are encouraged to apply — training provided!
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Physically able to perform job duties
- Willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather
Compensation: DOE ( Dependent on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
