Role Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in a part-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring client needs are met effectively. This role requires consistent follow-up to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction, proactive outreach to grow our client base, and collaboration with team members to craft customized logistics solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and proficiency in lead generation techniques
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Expertise in Account Management and the ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM software and logistics systems is beneficial
