PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS NURSE PRACTITIONER REQUIRED
We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services to patients of all ages, focusing on family-centered care, and health promotion.
**Duties:**
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans
Prescribe medications and treatments as needed
Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, and minor surgical interventions
Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and promote healthy lifestyle choices
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
**Requirements:**
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification
State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in family medicine or primary care
Proficiency in electronic health record systems like Dr. Chrono and knowledge of ICD-10 coding
Ability to perform venipuncture, phlebotomize, and other clinical procedures
