**Job Overview:** We are seeking a reliable Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles to designated locations. This position requires strong driving skills and excellent customer service abilities. **Responsibilities:** - Drive and operate a tow truck to assist with vehicle breakdowns or accidents - Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck, ensuring proper securement - Perform manual transmission operation for towing purposes - Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients - Utilize conflict management skills when faced with challenging situations - Operate a flatbed tow truck when necessary - Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and minor repairs as needed - Possess forklift operation skills for specific towing requirements - Collaborate with mechanics for complex vehicle recovery operations **Skills:** - Proficient in driving various types of vehicles, including tow trucks - Ability to load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently - Experience with manual transmission vehicles for towing purposes - Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly - Familiarity with flatbed tow truck operations - Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and minor repair procedures - Customer service-oriented attitude to ensure client satisfaction - Forklift operation skills for specialized towing needs - Collaboration with mechanics for vehicle recovery tasks
