Position Purpose: Perform various reporting, analytics and process review functions to support business marketing needs and objectives.
- Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures and issues to improve existing processes and increase efficiencies.
- Responsible for ensuring marketing requests are in compliance with client contracts and billing agreements.
- Perform marketing related compliance reporting, analysis of marketing workload/tasks, identify risk and implementation barriers, and recommend potential business solutions.
- Act as a liaison between Marketing team and strategic business units to facilitate time tracking and ensure delivery of projects or deliverables in an effective and timely manner.
- Participate in identification and proposal of departmental initiatives, including defining requirements, and leading implementing projects.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with occasional evenings and weekends

Salary : $55,100 - $99,000
