Absolute StorageManagement is seeking a results-driven, people-focused Sales Center AgentSupervisor to lead our remote Sales Center team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Center Agents to improve sales performance, conversion rates, and customer service.
- Monitor key performance indicators, call quality, productivity, and sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct call reviews, individual coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
- Manage agent scheduling, attendance, performance evaluations, and goal setting.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of new Sales Center team members.
- Ensure timely lead follow-up, accurate documentation, and completion of sales pipeline tasks.
- Oversee and continuously improve the Virtual Property Manager (VPM) program.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and develop strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal departments and operational leadership to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Address performance concerns and partner with leadership and HR on coaching and corrective action.
- Support collection management, incentive programs, emergency communications, and daily Sales Center operations.
- Foster accountability, engagement, and a positive, high-performing remote team culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Three or more years of sales or call center leadership experience preferred.
- Previous sales experience focused on new business development and revenue growth.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing remote teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Self-storage or real estate experience is a plus.
- Sales certification preferred.
- Ability to work remotely and travel up to 15% of the time.

Salary : $55,000 - $62,500
