LPN duties will include preparing the pill line for administration, delivering the medication for administration to inmate housing units, performing basic nursing functions, such as EKG, blood pressure, vital signs, dressing changes, urine testing collection, and other duties as assigned.
- All work will be recorded and documented utilizing the BOP’s Electronic Medical Record (BEMR).
- The contracted LPNs will also assist in training new contract LPNs to become proficient in their duties.
Required
- Should have active BLS/CPR card
- Should have LPN license
