Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing designated areas
- Conduct floor care maintenance including vacuuming, mopping, and buffing
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Execute commercial cleaning duties in various areas of the facility
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Experience
- Prior experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred
- Knowledge of residential painting and porter duties is a plus
- Familiarity with buffing techniques for floor care maintenance
- Ability to perform tasks related to facilities maintenance
- Experience in industrial and commercial cleaning is beneficial
PAY: $75.00 PER CLEANING / DAY
DAYS: MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY
HOURS: 9:00AM - 12:00PM
