Position: Storm Restoration Sales Trainee
We’re hiring reps who aren’t afraid to knock doors, connect with homeowners, and turn leads into income. No roofing sales experience required!
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience
- Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing neighborhoods
- Comfortable climbing a ladder and performing inspections
Responsibilities:
- Canvass storm damaged neighborhoods and identify homes with storm damaged roofing
- Perform roof inspections
- Educate homeowners with insurance restoration and complete necessary paperwork
Compensation:
- Earn $150,000 to $350,000 per year (Top reps can earn from $450K-$900K per year)
- Full training
